Logistics management is an over worked phrase, we know. We can offer all encompassing services however, where we become effectively the client’s shipping department. Our role is typically to manage cargo flow from time of manufacture to time of delivery to customer,including warehousing and stock control. Reporting procedures, statistics and KPI data will form part of the package, which will be designed and developed jointly with the Client.
